A safe and sanitary experience for clients and staff
At Evergreen Spa Studio safety of our staff and clients is our number one priority. Masks are still recommended by Public Health in all indoor settings during this transitional step. To ensure we provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we ask that all our clients and team members continue to follow covid 19 guidelines at Evergreen Spa Studio.

staying home when sick or if you are a close contact to someone with covid-19

keeping up to date with all public health guidelines

practicing hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette in our studio space

cleaning and disinfecting workstations and other surfaces and objects in our workplace

wearing a mask or personal protective equipment as required at our workplace

Advising your service provider if you test positive for covid-19 within a week of your past appointment.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
​
Please arrive on time to your appointments. Late arrivals may result in the appointment having to be rescheduled.
At Evergreen we ask for 24 hour notice prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled less then 24 hours before appointment time are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
If a client books an appointment and fails to arrive at the appointment, giving no previous notice, this is considered a “no show”. A no show fee of 100% of the appointment value can be charged.
If a client has previously made a late cancellation or no showed on an appointment a 25% deposit may be required when booking appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the service total upon completion of service

Returns
​
We will happily return or exchange any products that are discovered to be damaged upon opening or use of product results in an allergic reaction. The time frame for a return or exchange is within seven days of product purchase.
